Love & Comfort Quilt Project

The GVQC has had a long tradition of donating handmade made items to those in need.

In 2003, the club created a formal committee to manage the projects that were being done by the membership.

Using donated fabric, thread and batting, GVQC members create quilts and donate them to charities and veteran's organizations in the Genesee Valley region.

At the 2009 Garden of Quilts Festival, the Pillowcase Project was launched. Over 1,600 custom pillowcases were made.
